VertexSprint (“we”) provides ReviewPilot. This notice explains how we handle personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It is a product notice, not legal advice.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, password (stored as a hash), email verification status, consent time.
- Business workspace: name, location, city, state, WhatsApp, Place ID, optional website and contact name.
- Customer leads you upload: name and email, used only to send review invitations you queue.
Why we use it
To create your account, send one-time verification codes, operate your workspace, and send review invitation emails on your instruction. Transactional mail is sent from admin@vertexsprint.com.
Who processes it
Hosting and mail: Hostinger. Automation and data tables: n8n at n8n.qrjee.com. We do not sell personal data.
Your role for customer emails
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to use customer emails for review follow-up. ReviewPilot processes those addresses only to send the invitations you queue.
Retention and rights
We keep data while your account exists. You may request access, correction, or erasure, or withdraw consent, by emailing admin@vertexsprint.com. Deleting leads from the dashboard removes those customer records from ReviewPilot.
Grievance
Contact admin@vertexsprint.com. We will acknowledge and work to resolve complaints about personal data.
